Representation among team members is approaching parity with U.S. Bureau of Labor statistics on race and ethnicity, and we are committed to increasing the diversity of our team members at all levels. Our multi-generational team is 57% Millennials, 31% Gen X, 6% Baby Boomers, and 5% Generation Z.
