AMN Healthcare has been striving for gender equality for decades. Representation matters, and ensuring that our workforce reflects the full diversity of the communities we serve is critical to our success and our impact. Representation among team members is approaching parity with U.S. Bureau of Labor statistics on race and ethnicity, and we are committed to increasing the diversity of our team members at all levels. Strengthening Local Economies and Communities Makes a Difference

We work diligently to identify partnerships with and provide support small, minority, women, veteran, service-disabled veteran, LGBTQ+, and disabled-owned businesses. We believe that diverse suppliers deserve equal opportunities, and that a diverse supplier base seeds innovation, strengthens our business, and builds strong communities. As a part of our efforts, we launched our Vendor Development Program and are proud of our commitment to fund Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) Certification for 100 minority-owned businesses, 50 of which are Black-Owned businesses. We are excited to continue to grow our supplier diversity programs and spend, as we know equitable business opportunities strengthen local communities, impact social determinants of health, and contribute to a more equitable world.

We Work to Facilitate Business Partnerships with Diverse Contractors and Suppliers

A key focus moving forward is on identifying business opportunities beyond the traditional minority, women, and veteran-owned businesses to the inclusion of LGBT-owned and disability-owned businesses. Our commitment to diversity also extends to our vendors, contractors, and suppliers. We work to facilitate business partnerships with diverse contractors and suppliers, and partner with national diversity supplier councils.
